Yay, I ordered something. When will it arrive?
We know you’re excited because you just order something fun and new so we will get it as soon as possible. Orders placed before noon will be processed the same day. Order processing usually takes 1 to 2 days and then shipping can take from 3 to 5 days.

What if my jewelry isn’t perfection?
Your happiness is our top priority. So if you don’t absolutely love your jewelry piece, then we will replace it or give you a refund.

How will my jewelry be packaged? Most jewelry will come in a 2“ x 2“ box with a decorated symbol that associates with the jewelry piece. For example, if you were to buy something from the Cupid’s Corner, it would be decorated for Valentine’s Day. On the other hand, f you order something from the Goddess Line, then the box would be decorated with that deity. Each jewelry piece will be in a black mesh bag inside the box. Larger pieces will be in a white decorated box with a similar corresponding symbology .

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Not only do we offer gift wrapping, but we pride ourselves in fun and unique ways to package a gift. The decorations will reflect the jewelry piece. It starts at $6 for basic gift wrapping and it’s $15 a personalized monogrammed jewelry box.

Will I get a tracking number?
We will provide a tracking number whenever available and is an absolute if it’s being shipped in the continental US. International shipping may include tracking but it’s not guaranteed.

What if I want to return my product?
Please reach out to our team in order to replace your product.

I want something at a specific size to fit me.
Perfect! The first step is to measure yourself or a piece or jewelry that you want to be the same size. Then pick that size on the variations list on the product page. If there isn’t one then shoot us a message and we can customize the length of any piece to tailor to you.

I can’t find my discount code. Can I still use one?
Send us a message and we will try to point you in the right direction for your discount code.

Do you offer discounts for teachers, first responders, military personnel, or healthcare workers?
Yeah, we do! We try to make the world a better place by making people happy with handmade, unique jewelry, so we appreciate those who are also working to make the world a little bit nicer. As the granddaughter of two army members (shout out to the 42nd rainbow division), I believe our service members deserve a discount. All you have to do is prove that you’re one of the previous previously listed members and we will provide you a discount code. It’s only 10% but it’s our way of saying thanks.

• Remove before gym
• Take off before bed
• Take off before bath and shower
• Store in a cool, dry place in a enclosed box or pouch

I have an idea for a piece of jewelry, but I want it to be custom made.
We offer custom orders and adjustments to any of our pieces. We have made multiple custom orders for people going to events such as weddings, birthdays, graduations, holiday parties, and more. If you have a vision, we can help bring it to life.

I like one of your jewelry pieces but I wanted a different color or style.
Not a problem, most jewelry pieces can be made with silver, gold rose gold finishes and some gemstones can be swapped out for others. Many products have variations already listed for you to change but if you want something more customized, send us a message and we will see what we can do for you.
